The Advanced Restoration Plus was offered by our insurance after a pipe broke in our house, inside attic, and water exposed three of our rooms. It was the first time that we were going through this experience and we decided to trust our insurance and work with their suggested companies. Advanced Restoration Plus is working with professional teams and they did a great job in demolition, drying and repairing the affected areas. in a timely manner. I strongly believe it wouldn’t be this much great experience if we were not lucky enough to have Dave become our case manager. My home was hit hard by the January storms. The damaged included tree limb punctures and tears to the roof and impact fractures in the kitchen rafters. The damaged to the roof allowed water to pour in and damage in my kitchen ceiling, wall, flooring, and subfloor (kitchen& bathroom). Additionally, the high wind ripped off and bent the siding on 3 sides of my home. I had just bought my home six months earlier and was heart sick at the extensive damage my cute little house had suffered. Since my home was new to me and just flipped, I was very picky about the repairs and demanded assurance my home would look like it did prior to the storm damage. Advance Restoration Plus sent me Dave. He and his team were just fantastic! They repaired my home and met my end result expectations. Not only did Dave and his team restore my home but they also repired a couple small issues ( frozen lock and broken bathroom drawer track) items that were on my to do list once life was back to normal. Advanced restoration plus perform repairs for my wife and I and we are absolutely satisfied. Our home was damaged by our hot water heater leaking throughout our home while we out of town resulting in damage to our floors and walls. They worked with our insurance company making it very easy on us. They were efficient and performed all repairs in a timely matter keeping us updated throughout the repairs. The completed repairs looked gorgeous. I would recommend Advanced to anyone who needs restoration work performed.
